By accessing or using the Digital DADI website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Digital DADI provides growth engineering, marketing automation, custom development, AI integration, SEO, social media management, and website redesign services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in individual project proposals and agreements.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom deliverables created for their project. Digital DADI retains the right to:

Project fees are specified in individual proposals. Unless otherwise agreed:
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the proposal. Requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and require written approval before work begins.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 3 years.
Digital DADI's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits or data.
We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, ranking positions, or conversion rates), as these depend on factors outside our control.
Either party may terminate a project engagement with 14 days' written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and must be paid. The client is not entitled to a refund of the deposit.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Digital DADI is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, followed by mediation or arbitration if necessary.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
